Aspargus is in full swing in the UK now!

Aspargus and cheese love each other as we all know.

This is how you enjoy your life through cheese:

Find a local farm where you can enjoy Asparagus picking (if you live in the countryside!)

Wash them making sure there will be some moisture left on the vegetable, put them on a roasting tray, drizzle some olive oil, then grate plenty of any hard cheese you find in your fridge (ideally, Parmesan or Grana Padano but any hard cheese would do the job!) on the vegitable. Put them in the oven and roast them for 5 – 8 minutes depending on how fat your asparagus is!

Really simple and easy. If you have small children, it is a really good out door activity followed by healthy nibbles! It is fascinating to see asparagus growing in the field!
